Responsible Gaming at 333rr
Your safety and wellbeing come first. We provide the tools and guidance every player in Bangladesh needs to stay in control.
Gaming Should Always Be Fun
At 333rr, we believe that online gaming is entertainment — a way to enjoy cricket betting, live casino, and slot games from the comfort of your home in Dhaka, Chittagong, or anywhere across Bangladesh.
However, we also recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can stop being fun and start to feel like an obligation. When that line is crossed, the enjoyment disappears and real problems can arise — financial stress, relationship strain, and mental health challenges. Our responsible gaming programme exists precisely to prevent that from happening.
This page outlines the practical tools and policies available on 333rr to help every player remain in full control of their gambling activity. Please read it carefully and use these resources freely — they are here for your benefit, with no judgement attached.
We also strongly encourage parents and guardians in Bangladesh to use parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms. Protecting young people is a shared responsibility, and 333rr takes its part seriously.

Practical Tools to Stay in Control
Use these built-in tools at any time directly from your 333rr account settings.
Deposit Limit Tool
Log in and navigate to Account Settings to set a maximum deposit amount for any given day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period, ensuring impulsive decisions are slowed down.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Activate a time-out for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out your account is temporarily suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from us.
Self-Exclusion Programme
For players who feel they need a longer or permanent break, our self-exclusion option closes your account for a minimum period of 6 months. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request' — your account will be suspended within 24 hours.
Reality Check Reminders
Set your preferred reality check interval — every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. A pop-up will appear on your screen showing how long you have been playing and your net win or loss for that session, giving you a clear picture before you decide to continue.
Contact Our Support Team
If you have questions about any of these tools or need immediate help with a gambling concern, our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reach us at [email protected] — all responsible gaming enquiries are handled with complete confidentiality.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Recognising the early signs of problem gambling is the first step toward getting help. Be honest with yourself if any of the following applies to you.
Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, including rent, bill payments, or bKash/Nagad savings.
Chasing losses by placing larger bets to try to win back money you have already lost.
Lying to family members or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
Neglecting work, study, family, or social responsibilities in Dhaka, Sylhet, or elsewhere in order to gamble.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about responsible gaming tools and policies at 333rr.
Our Commitment to You
333rr is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of player safety across Bangladesh.
We use SSL encryption and RNG-certified game engines to ensure fair play across all our cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and specialty titles. Every transaction — whether via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Visa — is processed through secure, encrypted channels so your financial data is never at risk.
We carry out periodic audits of our responsible gaming tools to make sure they work as intended. Our customer support agents receive training specifically on how to identify and assist players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. If a support agent notices unusual account behaviour, they are empowered to proactively reach out and offer assistance.
Responsible gaming is not a checkbox for us — it is a genuine part of who we are as a platform. We want every player in Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and across Bangladesh to enjoy 333rr safely and sustainably, season after season, from BPL to T20 World Cup and beyond.
Additional Support Resources
If you need more help than our in-platform tools can provide, these resources are available to you.
Talk to Our Support Team
Our dedicated support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you want to activate a tool, ask a question about responsible gaming, or simply talk through a concern, we are here. Contact us by email at [email protected] — all enquiries are handled confidentially.
Speak to a Trusted Person
Sometimes the most powerful step is simply talking to someone you trust — a family member, a close friend, or a community elder. Sharing your concerns openly can provide relief and lead you toward the support you need. You do not have to face this alone.
Professional Counselling Services
If gambling is causing serious distress, seeking professional help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Mental health professionals and counsellors in Dhaka and other major cities across Bangladesh can provide confidential, non-judgmental support. We encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional if you feel you need it.
